1Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement

By accessing or using the services provided by Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, in-store services, delivery services, and SMS communications, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply is a registered DBA (doing business as) of Webster Union, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. All legal agreements are between you and Webster Union, LLC d/b/a Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply.

If you do not agree to these Terms or do not meet the age requirement, please do not use our services.

2Services Provided

Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply provides the following products and services:

• Packing supplies, boxes, and moving materials (retail and wholesale)
• Custom box orders and fulfillment
• Local delivery of packing and moving supplies
• Order-ahead and in-store pickup
• Order status notifications via SMS and email (with customer consent)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.

3SMS Messaging Program — Full Disclosure

Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply (Webster Union, LLC) operates an SMS text messaging program to send customers transactional order notifications and, with separate explicit written consent, promotional marketing messages.

4Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or other circumstances. You will be notified promptly and refunded if payment has already been processed.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
• Sales tax will be applied as required by Texas law.

5Delivery Services

Delivery is available within our designated service area. Delivery windows are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.

• SMS and/or email notifications will be sent at key delivery milestones.
• Someone must be available to receive delivery unless contactless drop-off is arranged in advance.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been initiated.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6Returns & Refunds

Unopened, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply (Webster Union, LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply is not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Message delivery may be affected by factors including mobile carrier network availability, device compatibility, signal strength, and carrier filtering policies.

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply is not responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS communications.

Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any mobile carrier. Carrier names are trademarks of their respective owners.

9Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information — including your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data.
