By accessing or using the services provided by Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, in-store services, delivery services, and SMS communications, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2 Services Provided

Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply provides the following products and services:

• Packing supplies, boxes, and moving materials (retail and wholesale)
• Custom box orders and fulfillment
• Local delivery of packing and moving supplies
• Order-ahead and in-store pickup
• Order status notifications via SMS and email (with customer consent)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.

3 SMS Messaging Program — Full Disclosure

No sharing of SMS opt-in data: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. 4 Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or other circumstances. You will be notified promptly and refunded if payment has already been processed.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
• Sales tax will be applied as required by Texas law.

5 Delivery Services

Delivery is available within our designated service area. Delivery windows are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.

• SMS and/or email notifications will be sent at key delivery milestones (when your order is placed, ready, out for delivery, and delivered).
• Someone must be available to receive delivery unless contactless drop-off is arranged in advance.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been initiated.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6 Returns & Refunds

Unopened, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply (Webster Union, LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
