Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Returns are processed in-store at our Cedar Park location — we do not accept returns by mail or shipment.
What Can Be Returned
- ✓ Moving boxes — unopened, unassembled, and undamaged
- ✓ Packing tape — unopened rolls only
- ✓ Bubble wrap — unopened rolls only
- ✓ Packing paper — unopened bundles only
- ✓ Specialty boxes (dish pack, wardrobe, mirror, TV) — unopened only
- ✓ Moving accessories — unopened and in original packaging
- ✓ Moving kits — all items must be present and unopened
What Cannot Be Returned
- ✕ Opened, used, or assembled boxes
- ✕ Opened rolls of tape, bubble wrap, or packing paper
- ✕ Items returned more than 7 days after purchase
- ✕ Items without proof of purchase
- ✕ Partial moving kits — full kit must be returned together
- ✕ Furniture pads and moving blankets that have been used
How to Return an Item

Bring your receipt or proof of purchase. This can be your order confirmation email, text message, or Square receipt.

Bring the item(s) to our store at 715 Discovery Blvd Suite 408, Cedar Park, TX 78613. Items must be in their original, unopened condition.

A refund will be issued to your original payment method. Cash purchases are refunded in cash. Card purchases are refunded to the original card. Please allow 3–5 business days for card refunds to appear.

Defective or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective item or we made an error in your order, we will make it right at no cost to you — regardless of whether the item has been opened or used. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Call or text Mike at (512) 920-6341 and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away. No hassle.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, return the original unopened item within 7 days for a refund, then place a new order for the correct item.
Online Orders & Delivered Items
Returns for items purchased online and delivered must still be brought to our store in Cedar Park. We do not offer pickup of return items at this time. If there is an issue with your delivery order, please contact us within 7 days and we will work out the best solution for you.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
