This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information — including information collected through our website, in-store services, delivery program, and SMS text messaging program.

  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

2 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Improve our website, product offerings, and services
  • Analyze website usage and performance trends
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraudulent or unauthorized activity

3 SMS / Text Messaging Data

SMS Program: Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply sends SMS messages to customers who have explicitly opted in. Messages include transactional order notifications and, with separate consent, promotional marketing messages.

What we collect for SMS: Mobile phone number, opt-in consent record (date, time, method), and message delivery records.

How we use SMS data: Only to send the categories of messages you consented to — order confirmations, ready-for-pickup notifications, delivery updates, and/or promotional offers.

Message frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your order activity. Promotional messages are sent occasionally.

Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To get help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at (512) 920-6341.

To stop all SMS messages: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

4 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

🔒 SMS Privacy — No Sharing Statement

Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with any third parties for their own marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes. This is an absolute policy with no exceptions.

  • We do not sell your phone number or SMS opt-in data to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks.
  • We do not share your SMS consent data with affiliates, partners, or any third-party marketers.
  • We do not use your mobile number for any purpose beyond delivering the messages you explicitly consented to receive.
  • Your mobile phone number is disclosed only to our SMS technology platform provider (e.g., GoHighLevel) and only for the sole purpose of transmitting messages to you. That provider is contractually bound to protect your data and prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
  • SMS opt-in data and consent records are stored and managed separately from general marketing databases.

This no-sharing policy applies to SMS opt-in data collected through all channels — our website opt-in form, in-store sign-ups, or any other method.

5 How We Share Your Information

We may share general personal information (not SMS opt-in data, which is governed by Section 4) only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted vendors assisting with payment processing, order fulfillment, website hosting, email delivery, and SMS transmission. All providers are bound by data protection agreements and may only use data to perform services for us.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental authority.
  • Safety & Fraud Prevention: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Cedar Park Packing & Moving Supply, our customers, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Affected customers will be notified in advance.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers, advertising networks, or third-party marketers.
